- Managing Member: Recent projects include translation into English of sections of the amended EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Development Act), an article on the taxation of investment vehicles that was published in European Taxation 2022 (Volume 62), No. 1, a Finance Ministry (BMF) Circular on the tax treatment of cum-cum trades, interviews with Finance Ministry officials on financial markets policy, a Senate Department risk assessment on AML supervision and ML prevention in Berlin, and Germany’s 2020 response to the Financial Action Task Force’s Mutual Evaluation conducted in 2009 to assess Germany’s compliance with the FATF Recommendations regarding anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT).
